ALDO FABRIZI & CO. manufacture its products in an
integral production plant of valves " AF ", specialized
in producing butterfly valves and standard handles for manual
actuators from 1 ½” to 42". Utilizing continues
improvements automated processes for forging, welding, polishing,
painting, calibrating, assembling and quality control. Then
the finished product is deposited in our own warehouse for shipping.
Manufacturing, administration, sales, marketing and engineering
share the plant. The foundry is in a second industrial plant,
with one oven to melt and cast Iron-capacity 1500 Kg/h (3300
lb/h), and one for Aluminum-capacity of 150 Kg/h (330 lb/h),
and another for brass-capacity of 150 Kg/h (330 lb/h). Our Customer
Service Center offers integral advice to our client in the purchase
and service of our valves, we carry out repairs, we test all
of our repair valves, guaranteeing the reconditioned product
to operate under all circumstances. |
